We recommend focusing on the London session (3 AM - 4 AM EST)  and the New York session pre-open (8 AM-11 AM EST), when gold typically shows the most volatility and volume. These sessions are covered in the course. However, if you work a 9-5, you can trade Asian Session (6:00 PM EST).

No expensive tools required. We use MT4, which is a free trading platform provided by your broker. While we do use a few helpful custom indicators (included with the course), the strategy itself is based on price action, structure, and time frame confluence, not indicator overload.
